Acceptable Use Policy

You may use PoolRoutex to

• Operate a legitimate pool service or related field business
• Manage your own customers, employees, and operational data
• Send service-related emails/SMS and portal links you are authorized to send (e.g. invites, invoices, on-my-way notices)

You may not

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Upload malware, scrape the Service, or attempt unauthorized access
• Spam, phish, or send unsolicited bulk SMS/email without required consent (including TCPA / CAN-SPAM where applicable)
• Store or process data you have no right to possess
• Share customer portal or invite links publicly in a way that exposes others' private data
• Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement
• Probe, overload, or disrupt our systems or other users
• Use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could cause death, injury, or severe environmental damage as the sole control system
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Sign up as a homeowner seeking personal pool software—PoolRoutex is B2B for pool service companies

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts. Report abuse to [email protected].
