- Log readings for this visit
3. Chemicals & balance
- Dose per company standards
- Note product used and amount
- Shock if required by policy
- Record anything unusual (algae, cloudy)
4. Equipment & cleanup
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Empty robot / cleaner if applicable
- Brush walls / steps as needed
- Net surface debris
- Check filter pressure; backwash/clean per schedule
- Inspect equipment pad for leaks or alarms
5. Before you leave
- Photos if required (before/after or issue)
- Customer-facing notes
- Secure gates and equipment lids
- Mark stop complete on day list
- Notify office of callbacks or parts needed
